Stuffed peppers

These stuffed peppers were my first attempt at being a Westchef this year. I purchased all the ingredients (ground beef, tomatoes, corn, rice, onions, peppers) and then called my mother to find out to actually cook them. The photo might look kind of gross, but they tasted really good. I made them again last week and used green peppers so the color contrast made the meal more aesthetically pleasing. For future reference, I live in a fantastic dorm built in the '70s, so all of my photos will feature yellow countertops and brick walls in the background. Enjoy!
