White Bean and Roasted Garlic Soup

This turned out phenomenal. The recipe called for two heads of roasted garlic, but I only used one, which was like, 10 cloves. Actually, now that I write this, I wonder if that was a typo in the cookbook. Anyway, I applogize in advance to anyone I'm going to come into contact with / breath near for a while.
