Quinoa.
One of my New Year's Resolutions is to learn how to love new foods. This is quinoa, pronounced Keen-wah. It's a whole grain, and is a complete protein. It is also loaded with calcium, I think. It's really good for you. I cooked it like rice, only with vegetable broth instead of water. When it was done, I spiked it with edemame and some mixed vegetables. Splash of lemon juice, salt and pepper. So good.
